Our organic lamb are farmed and reared in harmony with nature.
They are selected for us by trusted farmers who rear them on an organic
diet and encourage them to graze as nature intended. Our organic lamb is
certified by Organic Farmers and Growers, ensuring the highest animal
welfare standards.
Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils
and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly
between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain
organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot
throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not
fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may
remain.

Pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before
cooking.
Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Place lamb mince in a cold frying
pan and cook over a moderate heat for 7 mins until browned.
During cooking: Stir occasionally.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All
cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
